Christina views exercise as medicine. She started working in the fitness industry after she realized that a desk job in the mechanical engineering field was just not for her. She has been passionate about helping others improve their quality of life through exercise since 2008.

She has her current certifications as a Personal Trainer, Pregnancy & Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism coach - all with nationally/internationally recognized institutions.
