Don't have a consistent schedule? NO PROBLEM!
We know scheduling consistent workout times can be hard for some, so we book our training sessions week-by-week to offer you the most flexibility. Simply let us know what days/times work best for you, and we will do our very best to accommodate your schedule!
If you are out of town or unable to train, you will not lose sessions for the days/weeks you cannot train with us.
Schedule for our ladies-only small group training classes held at our studio
Monday: 9:30am-10:30am, 10:45am-11:45am, 12-1pm, 1:15pm-2:15pm
Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30am-10:30am, 10:45am-11:45am
Wednesday & Friday: 9:30am-10:30am, 10:45am-11:45am, 12-1pm
2. Ladies-only small group classes without childcare:
Monday: 4:30pm-5:30pm, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Wednesday: 4:30pm-5:30pm, 5:30pm-6:30pm, 6:30pm-7:30pm
Saturday: 11am-12pm, 12pm-1pm

Schedule for 1-on-1 & couples training
Our studio is open 7 DAYS A WEEK! Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend times are available. We are a team of four trainers and there are two separate training spaces in our studio, so 1-on-1 & couples training is available at the same time as our group classes. Hours of operation are typically 8:30am - 7:30pm during the week and 8am - 3pm on weekends. Contact us and we will do our best to work with your schedule.
Our studio is open 7 days a week!
The classes we offer are not drop-in, but rather by appointment. This schedule stays consistent every month, except for the holiday season and statutory holidays. Use the MindBody app to book your classes week-by-week; without being locked into a consistent schedule.
For 1-on-1 and couples training, we have a wider range of available days and times, both at our studio and in-home. Please contact us for availability.
