Our studio is open 6 days a week! 

The classes we offer are not drop-in, but rather by appointment. This schedule stays consistent every month, except for the holiday season and statutory holidays. 

For 1-on-1 and couples training, we have a wider range of available days and times, both at our studio and in-home. Please contact us for availability.

Schedule for 1-on-1 & couples training


Our studio is open 6 DAYS A WEEK, from 8am-8pm! Morning, afternoon, evening and weekend times subject to availability. We are a team of two trainers and there are two separate training spaces in our studio, so 1-on-1 & couples training  is available at the same time as our group classes. Contact us and we will do our best to work with your schedule.

Don't have a consistent schedule? NO PROBLEM!

We know scheduling consistent workout times can be hard for some, so we book our training sessions week-by-week to offer you the most flexibility. Simply let us know what days/times work best for you, and we will do our very best to accommodate your schedule!

If you are out of town or unable to train, you will not lose sessions for the days/weeks you cannot train with us.

  1. Ladies-only small group classes with FREE CHILDCARE (babies, toddlers & older kids welcome):


          Monday & Wednesday: 9:30am-10:30am, 10:45am-11:45am, 12-1pm, 1:15pm-2:15pm

          Tuesday & Thursday: 9:30am-10:30am, 10:45am-11:45am

          Friday: 9:30am-10:30am, 10:45am-11:45am, 12-1pm

        


      2. Ladies-only small group after-work classes:


          Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 4:30pm-5:30pm

          Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 5:30pm-6:30pm

          Tuesday & Thursday: 6:30pm-7:30pm

          Saturday: 11am-12pm, 12pm-1pm
