We offer different training options to cater to a wide range of people:

  • Women-only small group (2-5 per group) fitness classes at our own exclusive private studio. The morning and early afternoon weekday classes include FREE babysitting. We have several weekly classes to choose from. All women are welcome to these classes (all ages and fitness levels, planning pregnancy, pregnant, all stages of postpartum, peri-menopausal, recovering from an injury, simply wanting to become healthier, etc)

  • 1-on-1 (for both men and women) and couples training at our private studio (babies and children are welcome)

  • 1-on-1 and small group Yoga

  • Nutritional therapy
